Qualifications

• 5 years’ experience in Manufacturing, Operations, or Engineering department preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Supervisory/Management position required.
• Self-starter with strong leadership in Operations/Manufacturing management.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, measure and manage Key Performance Indicators for current manufacturing systems.
• Implement robust quality systems in a highly complex electronics manufacturing environment.
• Drive continuous improvement through real time process control and lean manufacturing.
