This role involves overseeing key performance indicators, implementing quality systems, and driving continuous improvement within operations. Requires 5 years of manufacturing experience and strong leadership skills. The position is structured as a 5-year development program to prepare candidates to lead departments.

Qualificações

• 5 years’ experience in Manufacturing, Operations, or Engineering department preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Supervisory/Management position required.
• Self-starter with strong leadership in Operations/Manufacturing management.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate, measure and manage Key Performance Indicators for current manufacturing systems.
• Implement robust quality systems in a highly complex electronics manufacturing environment.
• Drive continuous improvement through real time process control and lean manufacturing.

Leadership in Operations/Manufacturing management

Problem-solving ability

Understanding of lean manufacturing concepts

Data analytics proficiency

Excellent communication skills

Formação académica

Bachelor of Science in Engineering or related discipline
