This fully onsite role involves supporting the talent acquisition team, collaborating with business leaders to understand hiring needs, and managing top talent recruitment with a focus on operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have relevant recruiting experience, exceptional skills in resume screening, and familiarity with applicant tracking systems. A Bachelor’s degree and bilingual skills are preferred. The role offers a comprehensive compensation package including medical benefits and a 401k plan.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of relevant Recruiting experience ideally in manufacturing or distribution.
• Experience in managing applicant tracking systems.
• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from a four-year college or university or related education/experience.

Responsibilities

• Attracting top talent and managing the recruiting function.
• Screening resumes for qualifications and managing recruiting-related information.
• Conducting phone and in-person interviews for candidates.
