Raytheon in State College, PA is seeking a Systems Engineer II to advance a hybrid software system within a SAFe Agile environment on site.

You will guide requirements decomposition, software integration, and test activities, collaborating with cross-functional teams, while maintaining rigorous configuration control and supporting CI/CD practices. This role requires a TS/SCI clearance and U.S. citizenship.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in STEM and 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in the systems engineering lifecycle from requirements to deployment/maintenance.
• Experience with agile software development activities, including requirements specification, integration testing, and full lifecycle verification.
• Active and transferable TS/SCI clearance; U.S. citizenship required.

Responsabilidades

• Execute systems engineering lifecycle activities: requirements decomposition, performance analysis, and system integration/testing to ensure requirements closure.
• Interface with agile teams on technical considerations, risks, and issue resolution.
• Define/document requirements for software releases and maintain traceability matrices.
• Collaborate with Systems Engineering and Developers to support software and system needs.
• Contribute to testing, training, and implementation of new platform technologies and code quality methodologies.
• Support CI/CD practices and best practices for software development in a CI/CD environment.
• Multitask and adapt to changing circumstances while driving processes to successful completion.
