Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in system administration and helpdesk support.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange/O365, DNS, DHCP, and group policy management.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting Tier 2 IT issues across hardware, software, and networking.
• Experience with virtualization platforms and backup solutions.
• Strong communication skills and a user-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain corporate systems including Windows/Linux servers.
• Perform routine system maintenance, patch management, and backups.
• Manage user accounts and permissions in Active Directory.
• Troubleshoot Tier 2 hardware, software, and network issues.
• Support onboarding/offboarding processes including provisioning accounts and equipment.
• Monitor system performance and implement resource optimization.
• Assist with IT projects and infrastructure improvements.
• Ensure compliance with IT security policies.
