Job summary

Creative Financial Staffing, LLC is seeking a Systems Administrator in West Palm Beach, FL. The role focuses on supporting and securing a complex IT infrastructure, with opportunities to lead modernization efforts and critical infrastructure projects.

The ideal candidate will be hands-on with deep Microsoft technologies, virtualization, and enterprise infrastructure, providing technical leadership, mentoring staff, and improving systems operations. Onsite work required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive Systems Administration experience in mid-size to enterprise environments.
• Strong VMware virtualization experience and Windows Server administration expertise.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Defender, and Purview.
• Security-focused with patch management, vulnerability remediation and hardening best practices.
• Proven ability to lead infrastructure projects and support a large IT environment.

Responsibilities

• System Maintenance & Monitoring: install, configure, and maintain servers and networks; monitor performance and apply patches.
• User Support & Administration: manage user accounts, permissions, and helpdesk tickets.
• Security & Compliance: implement security controls, firewalls, audits, data protection.
• Backup & Disaster Recovery: develop backup strategies and test recovery procedures.
• Office 365 and Azure administration: manage cloud services and configurations.
• Documentation & Reporting: maintain configurations and generate performance reports.
