Job summary

CIMCO, a leader in industrial refrigeration, seeks a Construction Superintendent in Duncan, SC to lead onsite field operations, coordinate crews, and ensure adherence to drawings, specs, and CIMCO safety standards.

You will serve as primary onsite contact for customers and subcontractors, manage material deliveries, maintain field records, and drive productivity through effective problem solving.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in industrial refrigeration construction, including ammonia systems.
• 3+ years in a supervisory or superintendent role.
• Willingness to travel up to 6 weeks at a time.

Responsibilities

• Lead onsite field operations and ensure safe, high‑quality execution of projects.
• Coordinate daily communication with customers, subcontractors, and management.
• Plan material deliveries, inventory, and look‑ahead schedules with safety in mind.
• Maintain field documentation and ensure drawings/specifications are followed.
