Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Five years or more of experience working as a Product Owner or Business Analyst.
• Experience building and managing product backlog.
• Experience in soliciting and drafting product requirements.
• Proficiency in requirements definition, solution design, and user experience disciplines.
• Experience with the SDLC methodologies, including Waterfall and Agile.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to technical and non-technical audiences of various levels in the organization.
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, problem-solving, team and time management skills.
• Ability to persuade and influence others on the best approach to take.

Responsibilities

• Act as Product Owner for a product or platform capability
• Drive product roadmap and manage product backlog
• Lead requirement gathering sessions to capture requirements and key decisions
• Define clear product requirements and create actionable user stories for the development team
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on feature prioritization, design, and implementation
• Support development teams in getting requirements clarification questions answered in a timely manner to avoid delays
• Drive and participate in planning and design discussions and document the outcomes and decisions
• Provide support to Quality Assurance team members during solution testing and validation
• Work effectively within a team environment to implement projects in a timely manner
