Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Journeyman Strategic Communications Specialist onsite in Bethesda, MD, to provide end-to-end strategic communications support for the Intelligence Community. You will develop and edit high-visibility products, coordinate across design and web teams, and ensure accessibility and quality across platforms.

Responsibilities include leadership messaging, weekly reporting, event support, and executive communications. A TS/SCI with polygraph is required up front.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) with 4–8 years of relevant experience, or Master’s with 2–6 years of relevant experience.
• Experience producing executive-level communications for senior audiences.
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills; ability to convey complex information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic communications support including strategy documents, talking points, speeches, and executive communications.
• Own the Weekly Activity Report lifecycle from draft to delivery.
• Support events logistics and develop messaging and materials for internal and external events.
• Author fact sheets, articles, emails, newsletters, and website content as required.
• Prepare speeches, scripts, and statements for senior executives.
