Job summary

The Storeroom Clerk at Harvest Hill Beverage Company will create accurate equipment records, monitor department spending, and process requisitions and purchase orders. This onsite role supports maintenance, production, and safety programs across our Verona, PA facility.

You will manage PM work orders in CMMS, maintain storeroom inventories, and uphold food safety, GMP, and OSHA guidelines while collaborating with maintenance teams and vendors.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent required. Training provided to increase knowledge and performance.
• Ability to read and understand SOPs and customer specifications; communicate clearly with teams.
• Experience with inventory control and basic maintenance materials is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe work environment by following company policies and OSHA regulations.
• Order and inventory supplies for maintenance, blow mold and production departments.
• Manage PM work orders in a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).
• Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers and vendors.
• Identify trends, abnormalities, and inefficiencies through accurate record keeping and analysis.
• Maintain storerooms inventory and follow GMP and safety rules.
