Job Description

ONSITE STAFFING MANAGER

Automation Personnel Services is excited to offer an excellent opportunity for an experienced and self-motivated Onsite Staffing Manager to work with one of our biggest clients in Dalton, Georgia. If you are passionate about people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have a knack for building and leading teams, we want to hear from you!

Schedule and shift

Monday through Friday
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
45–50 hours per week expected due to high client demand

Pay Rate

$50,000.00 annual salary plus monthly bonus

• Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations and HR coordination
• Recruit, screen, and onboard new associates for proper placement
• Check in employees at shift start and monitor attendance
• Process payroll, ensure timekeeping accuracy, and manage workers’ comp reporting
• Track and report employee performance and production
• Communicate hiring needs and trends to branch and corporate leadership
• Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements

Onsite Staffing Manager Qualifications & Requirements

• Prior experience as an onsite coordinator, shift supervisor, or staffing professional in a manufacturing or light industrial environment
• Solid background in HR, employee relations, or team supervision
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced setting
• Proficiency with timekeeping and payroll software (Excel, Kronos, etc.)
• Professional communication skills and the ability to resolve conflicts diplomatically
• Adaptability to evolving client needs and dynamic production environments
