Job summary

Wonolo is hiring a Customer Onsite Specialist to visit client sites, primarily warehouses and production facilities, ensuring workers and site staff have smooth access to Wonolo's support channels. You’ll be the face of Wonolo on the ground, solving issues and guiding users through the app to maximize uptime and satisfaction.

This role supports local staffing efforts, coordinates with market teams, and helps recruit, onboard, or assess workers for W2 jobs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in customer service.
• 1+ years of experience in staffing, consulting, or operations preferred.
• Proficient at interpreting data and identifying trends.

Responsibilities

• Serve as local point of contact for customers; maintain professional communication to meet staffing needs.
• Support sourcing, screening, and scheduling of hourly workers for open shifts using Wonolo tools.
• Build relationships with workers and customers; resolve scheduling or payroll issues promptly.
