HIGHLEVEL:

Should demonstrate proven end-to-end ownership of automotive hardware design. Strong expertise in PCB design reviews and high-speed layout is essential, and who has Automotive background will be highly helpful.

Should have working knowledge of key automotive development and safety processes, including ISO 26262, FMEDA, DFMEA, and WCCA. Specifically looking for individuals who can independently drive hardware architecture, validation activities, and technical decision-making across the product lifecycle.

The ideal candidate should also be comfortable leading cross-functional technical discussions and collaborating effectively with System, Mechanical, Firmware, Software, Manufacturing, and Customer teams.

Essential Skills:
