Staffmark Group is hiring a Sorter Site Coordinator in Bessemer, AL. The role pays $18.00 per hour on the 1st shift (4 AM - finish), Sunday through Thursday.

The Site Coordinator acts as the primary liaison between the customer and the on-site sorting team, coordinating workflow and daily operations to maintain productivity and quality. Qualifications

• Candidates should have warehouse experience.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Customer service experience is required.
• Good communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main liaison between the customer and on-site team.
• Communicate daily priorities, changes, and expectations to sorters.
• Monitor workflow on the sorting line to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
• Provide updates to the customer regarding production, issues, and progress.
• Identify and communicate operational challenges or material issues.
• Ensure adherence to safety guidelines and company policies.
• Assist with training new employees on basic processes and expectations.
• Support shift start-ups, job assignments, and coordination of daily tasks.
• Document and report production counts, issues, or discrepancies.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
