Job summary

JSM Consulting Inc. is seeking an onsite software engineer in New York. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, MIS, or equivalent and at least four years of full lifecycle software development experience.

You will work with Java technologies (Spring Boot, Java EE) and relational databases (Oracle SQL, PostgreSQL). Proficiency with Angular and TypeScript for SPA development is preferred.

Qualifications

• This position requires at least a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, MIS or equivalent from an accredited institution.
• 4 years' experience with all facets of the software development process, including the research, design, programming, testing and implementation of computer software.
• 4 years' experience with Java framework and technology: Spring Boot, Java EE (servlet, JPA ... etc.).
• 4 years' experience with relational database platforms and technology (e.g. Oracle SQL, PostgreSQL)
• Candidate must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
