You will maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation, manage confidential information, participate in continuing education, and uphold safety standards.

Qualifications

• CCC-SLP certification and Texas licensure required.
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Proficient with clinical documentation systems and HIPAA-compliant practices.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct speech therapy services per physician orders and individualized care plans.
• Design and implement engaging exercises tailored to patient goals.
• Provide counseling and support to patients and families throughout treatment.
• Establish measurable goals and track patient progress.
• Ensure proper setup, use, and sterilization of equipment per safety protocols.
• Review patient records pre-session to tailor treatment approach.
• Participate in continuing education to maintain licensure and stay current.
