Collins Aerospace is seeking a Shipping Specialist II to handle packing, labeling and shipping processes at our Wilsonville, Oregon site. You will work with the delivery assurance team to ensure accurate and timely orders, maintain inventory records, and complete all required shipping documentation.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent with 1+ year of experience, U.S. Person status, and knowledge of ERP/SAP.

Qualifications

• HS diploma (or equivalent) with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
• U.S. Person as defined in policy.
• ERP/SAP experience preferred.
• Training in shipping regulations, hazardous/dangerous goods packaging and shipping.
• Labeling, paperwork preparation, and shipment packing skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and shipping software.

Responsabilités

• Pack and prepare products for shipment according to guidelines and specs.
• Coordinate with delivery assurance for timely processing of orders.
• Maintain records of inventory, shipments, and discrepancies.
• Create and manage shipping documents, labels, packing slips, and manifests.
• Operate forklifts or similar equipment safely.
• Assist with periodic inventory counts and audits.
• Keep work area organized and comply with safety protocols.
