Qualifications

• Must pass FINRA SIE and Series 99 within six months of hire.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

• Ability to advocate for new service capabilities and drive adoption of digital solutions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the trusted point of contact for GO Agency Managers, recruiters, and agents.
• Resolve service escalations with empathy, urgency, and accountability.
• Oversee onsite specialists to meet productivity metrics.
• Collaborate with Agency sales to align service initiatives with business development goals.
• Provide AI and digital support to training and guidance on digital platforms.
• Coordinate local engagement events to reinforce partnerships.
• Lead training and onboarding for new service tools and capabilities.
• Oversee local facilities and technology support, ensuring productive environment.
• Ensure financial accuracy in service-related expenditures.
