Job summary

CODEX in Florida is seeking an engineer to join a team performing research, reverse engineering, and tool development for complex software. You will emulate, analyze, and modify software across various targets, coordinating with a small team and customers for rapid delivery.

Required are TS/SCI clearance, STEM degree, and 3–5 years of engineering experience with vulnerability research and RE tools. This is an onsite role in a security-sensitive environment.

Qualifications

• US citizenship required and ability to obtain/maintain a government clearance.
• Typically requires a Bachelor’s in STEM and 3–5 years of engineering experience.
• Experience in vulnerability research against public targets.
• Reverse engineering using common tools and emulation for research.

Responsibilities

• Participate in research, reverse engineering, development, testing, and maintenance of complex software.
• Collaborate with team members and customers to enhance capabilities quickly.
• Work on both classified and unclassified software applications in a small-team setting.
