Qualifications

• 8 years of engineering experience in systems engineering or related field.
• Hands-on experience with electromechanical devices and complex instrumentation.
• Strong knowledge of V-Model systems engineering and V&V processes.
• Experience with TMV and test method development.
• Proficient in Python for data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Apply V-Model systems engineering principles throughout product development.
• Develop and execute verification and validation (V&V) test plans.
• Perform Test Method Validation (TMV) and test method development.
• Conduct Design of Experiments (DoE) and analyze engineering test results.
• Develop test beds and perform hands-on testing of electromechanical devices.
• Analyze digital sensor outputs using Python.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and system-level performance issues.
• Develop and maintain engineering requirements and supporting documentation.
• Support requirements traceability, risk management, and configuration management.
• Participate in design reviews and evaluate system performance against specifications.
• Track, document, and report engineering defects to development partners.
• Prepare technical reports summarizing testing results and engineering findings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering and quality teams.
