Job summary

Guidance Residential, LLC is seeking an experienced Application Developer to support and extend our mortgage loan origination platform (Integra EPIC LOS). This 100% onsite role is based in Reston, VA or the DFW area, and relocation eligibility is considered.

You will design, build, and maintain LOS configurations, integrations, and reporting, lead projects, and ensure engineering best practices and documentation.

Qualifications

• Must-have knowledge of mortgage loan lifecycle and LOS platforms.
• Experience configuring or developing on a mortgage LOS (Integra EPIC preferred).
• Strong C#/.NET development and SQL skills.
• Ability to lead projects, gather requirements, and manage timelines.
• Experience building BI reports with Power BI, SSRS, or Crystal Reports.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and maintain the Integra EPIC LOS functionality and workflows.
• Build and maintain REST/SOAP integrations with internal and third-party systems.
• Develop BI reports and dashboards to enable production visibility and compliance.
• Lead projects, coordinate with stakeholders and vendors, and deliver on commitments.
• Document technical specs, data dictionaries, and runbooks.
