Job summary

Avangrid Senior Internal Auditor is seeking a self‑motivated professional to manage evolving workloads in a fast‑paced environment. You will develop relationships across the company to execute audit programs and support the Audit & Compliance Committee.

Strong communication, analytical skills, and experience conducting operational, financial, regulatory, and compliance audits are essential. Reports to a Director or Manager of Internal Audit.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting or a related field.
• Sox/internal controls testing knowledge preferred.
• Experience in auditing public companies or industrial firms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Performs audits per the internal audit plan, including SOX controls.
• Develops audit scope, assesses risks, and designs test procedures.
• Documents tests, findings, and recommendations clearly.
