Insight Global is seeking a Senior Finance Program Manager to lead all financial planning, execution, and reporting for a NASA program from NASA Stennis Space Center. This onsite role requires strong cost management, reporting deliverables, and the ability to partner with program management, engineering, scheduling, and contracts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in program finance, preferably with NASA programs.
• Experience supporting NASA programs, including Cost Files and 533-series reporting.
• Onsite work at NASA Stennis Space Center; remote/hybrid not available.
• Strong knowledge of NASA financial systems and reporting processes.
• Experience supervising staff with accountability.
• Understanding of government program requirements.
• Ability to lead teams in multi-disciplinary environments.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a dynamic program.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Program Finance team supporting a NASA program.
• Oversee cost management, forecasting, budgeting, and planning activities.
• Prepare, validate, and deliver Cost Files.
• Prepare NASA 533M and 533Q financial reports.
• Support baselines, BOEs, cost volume development, and change control.
• Partner with Program Managers to maintain program performance metrics.
• Present financial updates to executives and customer stakeholders.
• Drive improvements in financial processes, reporting, and controls.
• Directly supervise finance personnel, including workload assignments.
• Mentor and develop team members with accountability and collaboration.
