Zachary Piper Solutions seeks a Senior DevSecOps Engineer to advance secure automation, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure modernization for a federal program in Huntsville, AL. This onsite role requires an active Top Secret clearance.

You will design automated deployment pipelines, implement IaC with Terraform or CloudFormation, and integrate security controls across AWS and on-prem environments while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Competenze

• Active Top Secret clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in DevSecOps, DevOps, CI/CD pipeline development, or infrastructure automation.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (GitLab CI, Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
• Experience with Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, or similar IaC tools.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong understanding of AWS cloud infrastructure and secure deployment practices.
• Familiarity with code quality, security scanning, and vulnerability remediation.

Mansioni

• Design, develop, and optimize CI/CD pipelines for automated builds, testing, security scanning, and deployments.
• Implement secure DevSecOps practices including vulnerability scanning and automated compliance validation.
• Develop and maintain IaC solutions using Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar tools.
• Automate cloud provisioning, configuration management, and deployment workflows.
• Support containerized deployments and orchestration with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Integrate security gates and code quality checks into pipelines.
• Monitor, log, and alert across AWS and hybrid environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support modernization efforts.
• Troubleshoot deployment, pipeline, and infrastructure issues.
• Document CI/CD processes and deployment procedures.
