Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of commercial/industrial construction experience.
• Experience as lead superintendent on projects with value of $3M or more.
• Union carpenter or willing to join the union.
• OSHA 30 certification.
• Ability to read, understand and execute construction drawings and specs.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word/Excel).
• Thorough knowledge of construction methods and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead site coordination to optimize layout, access, and safety.
• Maintain site cleanliness and organization across trades.
• Resolve site-level conflicts and adjust plans to maintain workflow.
• Conduct quality inspections and drive corrective actions.
• Maintain look-ahead schedule and coordinate with subs.
• Monitor labor, equipment, and materials against budget targets.
• Ensure safety compliance and document safety training.
