Job summary

• High school diploma or equivalent; a construction-focused degree is a plus.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction.
• Strong leadership, communication and planning abilities.
• Proficient with project management software and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers in planning and fulfilling construction projects.
• Supervise on-site activities to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.
• Develop and foster relationships with customers and referral sources.
• Communicate with management and staff across the company.
• Mentor Assistant Superintendents and field staff.
• Maintain accurate records and generate required reports.
• Support safety culture and adherence to policies.
• Contribute to company policy compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Promote business development opportunities within the group.
