The role focuses on maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing CCP1/CCP2 automation systems (MCS, DCS, PLC, VSC) to keep them in a qualified state. You will collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, process science, validation, and QA to deliver robust automation solutions.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Strong communication to engage across operations levels.
• High adaptability to changing requirements with ability to prioritize deliverables.
• Provide robust automation support for testing, startup, commissioning and validation of system changes and projects.

Aufgaben

• Deliver automation support for site-wide projects aligning CCP1/CCP2 roadmaps.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize CCP1/CCP2 automation systems (MCS, DCS, PLC, VSC).
• Support MAR activities, capital projects and technology transfers from design to validation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to engineer and implement robust automation solutions.
• Develop, review and approve scope definitions, system requirements, control designs, drawings, and Change Control assessments.
• Perform off-line and on-line coding, debugging, startup testing, peer reviews, and software change approvals.
• Provide troubleshooting to resolve manufacturing discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
