Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 8+ years of relevant experience or equivalent.
• Proficiency with Python and Java; experience with PySpark, Jupyter Notebooks, Kubernetes, docker, Elasticsearch.
• Security clearance: Active TS/SCI with Polygraph required.
• Experience delivering AI solutions through governed production deployments in sensitive environments.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers to design AI workflows and analytics to flag data of interest.
• Leverage disparate data to fill knowledge gaps in user activities, collection efforts, and discovery.
• Lead the design, development, and deployment of mission-critical AI and analytics solutions.
• Apply governance frameworks and ensure models, data, and workflows are auditable and compliant.
