Job summary

KIOTI Tractor seeks a Senior Accountant to own the daily accounting cycle and monthly close on site in Wendell, NC. This role requires cross-training and ownership of workstreams to adapt to shifting priorities within the Accounting Department.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in accounting/finance, 4+ years of experience, strong US GAAP knowledge, and advanced Excel skills. CPA/MBA is a plus, and onsite work is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required; CPA or MBA preferred.
• 4+ years of progressive accounting experience with hands-on month-end close ownership.
• Working knowledge of US GAAP and ability to apply it to routine and non-routine transactions.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Independently perform daily accounting activities, including journal entries, cash application, and AP/AR review.
• Own assigned month-end close tasks and complete them on schedule with minimal supervision.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial statements and supporting schedules across multiple entities.
• Prepare schedules and respond to requests for quarterly reviews and the year-end audit; assist with tax filings.
