Job summary

WGNSTAR in Chandler, AZ is seeking an experienced Operations Leader to oversee on-site activities, coordinate account management, and drive performance across the site. You will mentor the team and partner with customers to ensure continuity.

This full-time role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, a pay range of $75k–$90k with eligibility for an annual bonus, and a benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401(k). Frequent travel between Chandler and North Phoenix is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in the semiconductor industry.
• 3+ years experience in a management role, directly managing personnel in a Fab environment.
• Ability to travel locally and domestically to customer sites.
• Fluent English, spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the point of contact for customers; coordinate all account activity and support.
• Contribute to account management initiatives and ensure resources are available to support initiatives.
• Lead on-site operations management and monitor KPI performance.
