Intel Foundry Construction and Sourcing (FCS) seeks an experienced Construction Project Manager for an on-site role at the Ocotillo campus, AZ. You will plan and deliver major fabrication-related projects, managing scope, schedules, budgets, and compliance with safety and engineering standards.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in project management within construction or 8+ years in related leadership roles, and familiar with tool install, process tools, and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver construction projects using multiple delivery and compensation strategies from initiation through closeout.
• Ensure projects comply with Construction Management Practices and standard operating procedures across disciplines.
• Partner with customer management, resource plan the project, and coordinate with Tool Install, Facilities Operations and Factory to meet objectives.
• Build and drive a safety culture of caring across project lifecycles.
• Communicate clearly, lead diverse teams, and manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and change management.
