Premier Security Solutions is seeking a dependable Security Officer to protect industrial sites in the Dearborn area. The role emphasizes alertness, professional customer service, and strict adherence to security procedures on-site.

You will perform perimeter checks, report suspicious activity, and coordinate with the Security Corporal to ensure client property remains safe. Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to work 8-hour shifts, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Requires a High school diploma or GED and completion of required training provided by Premier Security Solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication are essential for on-site reporting and interacting with clients.
• Strong interpersonal skills to handle sensitive situations with tact and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Ensure secure, safe operations at assigned industrial sites.
• Conduct regular perimeter walks and respond to incidents with proper reporting.
• Communicate effectively with the team using on-site radios.
• Identify hazards and report safety concerns to management.
• Follow gate, lighting, and visitor check-in procedures; monitor location attentively.
• No use of force; prioritize security through observation and reporting.
