Job summary

You will manage milestones, risks, and dependencies while aligning teams on hardware, software, connectivity, and operational readiness. Travel ~50% and strong stakeholder management are required.

Qualifications

• Typically five or more years of program/project management experience.
• Strong risk, issue, and change management skills.
• Experience with manufacturing plants and test environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Ownership and learning agility in evolving SDV/VaaT environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated SDV/VaaT plans across workstreams.
• Manage milestones, risks, issues, decisions, and actions.
• Align engineering, IT, validation, and manufacturing teams.
• Lead readiness reviews and governance forums.
• Maintain a single source of truth for program health.
• Drive cross-functional issue resolution for deployment.
• Translate manufacturing issues into action plans.
• Support launches and plant integration.
• Improve planning and governance as SDV/VaaT expands.
