Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks.
• Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and coaching teams.
• Ability to remove obstacles and support sprint execution.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Scrum Master for Agile teams.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies like sprint planning and reviews.
• Coach team members and stakeholders on Agile methodologies.
• Identify and remove impediments to team productivity.
• Communicate project status and risks to stakeholders.
