Soliant Education is seeking a dedicated and qualified School Psychologist for an onsite position in a school district near Monroe, Connecticut. This is a full-time, district-wide role serving K12 students during the 20252026 school year.

Responsibilities

• Assess the clinical needs of students exhibiting social, emotional, and behavioral concerns
• Complete assessments and classroom observations as needed
• Develop and implement group and individual therapeutic counseling
• Facilitate all Planning and Placement Team (PPT) meetings
• Coordinate and lead 504 plan meetings
• Serve as a key member of the RTI (Response to Intervention) team
• Provide consultative support to school staff and families
  
  

Requirements

• Must hold a valid Connecticut School Psychologist Certificate
• Previous school-based experience preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with staff, families, and students
