Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Sets up and operates preventive maintenance through scheduled inspections.
• Repairs items as needed and coordinates with shop for assistance.
• Notifies district maintenance to deliver items via computerized work order system.
• Cooperates with campus administration to prioritize maintenance needs.
• Communicates maintenance concerns to campus staff and administration.
• Manages scheduling of maintenance and repair requirements for the school.
• Receives, stores, and issues maintenance materials and equipment.
• Inspects buildings and grounds to maintain safety and cleanliness.
• Conducts periodic inspections to ensure fire safety.
