Job summary
TALENT Software Services is looking for a SAP EWM Support Engineer to provide onsite L1 support for warehouse operations in Indianapolis, IN. The role covers inbound/outbound processes, internal movements, and production supply in a 16x6/16x7 rotating shift environment.
The ideal candidate has 4+ years in SAP EWM, strong knowledge of warehouse automation, RF devices, and SAP S/4HANA integrations. Pharmaceutical warehouse experience is a plus, with excellent communication and problem-solving
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in SAP EWM Support.
- Strong understanding of warehouse processes: Receiving, Putaway, Picking, Packing, Shipping, Inventory.
- Experience supporting warehouse automation technologies (ASRS, AutoStore, AGV).
- Knowledge of RF devices, barcode scanning, and printer support.
- Experience troubleshooting SAP EWM interfaces and integrations.
- Experience in customer-facing support and pharmaceutical warehouse operations.
- Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA and Warehouse Control System integrations.
Responsibilities
- Provide onsite SAP EWM support to warehouse operations on rotating shifts.
- Provide SAP EWM Level 1 support across shifts.
- Support inbound, outbound, internal movements, and production supply.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve SAP EWM issues.
- Monitor interfaces between SAP EWM and other warehouse systems.
- Assist business users and warehouse floor operations.
- Manage incidents and track resolution.
- Coordinate escalations with technical and functional teams.
- Maintain SOPs, support docs, and knowledge articles.
