Coforge is seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead to join our onsite team in Windsor, CT. This client-facing role requires a primary technical leader for Salesforce initiatives, ensuring high-quality implementations that align with enterprise goals.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of IT experience with deep expertise in Apex, LWC, and Aura. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential, along with Salesforce certifications.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of overall IT experience, with at least 7+ years in Salesforce development and architecture.
• Proven experience leading Salesforce development teams across onsite-offshore models.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce core platform features, including Flows, Triggers, Validation Rules.

Responsibilities

• Act as the onsite technical lead for Salesforce projects, partnering client teams to define, design, and deliver robust solutions.
• Collaborate with offshore Salesforce teams to ensure quality and delivery timelines.
• Own solution architecture and technical design for Salesforce implementations.
