Job summary

Senneca is seeking an experienced Site Services Installation Safety Coordinator for our Arizona facility. You will implement and enforce the safety program, ensure subcontractor compliance with OSHA and site safety plans, and communicate hazards with the EHS Manager and GC leadership.

You will identify hazards, coordinate corrective actions, and participate in incident investigations while supporting training and safety orientations for field staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; OSHA 30 Hour Construction certification required.
• 2–5 years construction safety experience, preferably in a subcontractor environment.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass DMV review.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and safety documentation systems.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with field teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily safety inspections of work areas, equipment and operations.
• Identify, correct and document hazards related to fall protection, lifting and machinery.
• Address unsafe conditions immediately and coordinate mitigations with safety teams.
• Enforce OSHA regulations and GC site safety plans across the project.
• Participate in incident investigations and risk analyses.
• Maintain training records, inspection reports and corrective action tracking.
• Assist with safety orientations and toolbox talks for crews.
• Stop work when unsafe conditions are observed and escalate as needed.
