Job summary

BRPH is seeking an on-site Site Safety Health Officer (SSHO) to implement the site safety program and ensure a safe, injury-free work environment in line with contract requirements and OSHA standards. You will work with the HSE team, enforce safety rules, perform daily inspections, and coordinate training for crews on a confidential project.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree, five years of SSHO experience, OSHA 30, and First Aid/CPR certification, and must be a U.S. citizen.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university.
• Minimum of five years as an on-site SSHO.
• OSHA 30
• First Aid/CPR
• Must be a US citizen.

Responsibilities

• Enforce federal, state, and company safety regulations on the construction site.
• Conduct daily safety inspections and trainings.
• Prepare Activity Hazard Analysis (AHA) for definable work features.
• Maintain and update safety documentation and MSDS inventories.
• Lead safety meetings and incident investigations and coordinate with client site representatives.
