Qualifications

• 0–3 years of construction or safety-related experience.
• Valid, insurable CA Driver’s License.
• Current First Aid / CPR / AED certification (or ability to obtain upon hire).
• OSHA 30 – Construction (or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire) – preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct jobsite walkthroughs to observe work activities and identify potential hazards.
• Document hazards, observations, and corrective actions as directed.
• Support implementation of corrective actions as directed.
• Attend and support site safety meetings and toolbox talks.
• Work with foremen and project teams to understand work scopes.
