Job summary
CentiMark Corporation is the nation’s largest commercial/industrial roofing contractor, seeking a full-time Onsite Quality Control Representative to support crews in the Greater Buffalo, NY area. The role pays $25/hr - $30/hr plus overtime and premier benefits.
The QC Rep will monitor workmanship, perform inspections, document visits, and ensure compliance with installation specifications and codes. Strong roofing experience and the ability to lift 50 lbs are required.
Qualifications
- 5+ years commercial roofing experience required.
- 3+ years of Foreman experience.
- Construction safety knowledge preferred.
- Ability to read blueprints is a plus.
- Able to lift 50 lbs and climb ladders up to 25 ft.
- Valid driver’s license in good standing.
Responsibilities
- Verify crews are at job sites daily and perform planned and random inspections.
- Document all onsite visits and enforce installation specifications.
- Monitor OSHA safety guidelines and ensure work complies with plans and codes.
- Assist with material deliveries and perform final QC inspections within 24 hours of job completion.
- Report major installation errors to the Production Manager and participate in meetings.
- Capture progress and after photos and upload to CRM.
