Job summary

Mobile Medical Corporation is seeking a Registered Nurse for an onsite occupational health role at a large construction project in Johnstown, Ohio. You will provide urgent care, triage, and treatment for work-related injuries and illnesses, and maintain patient records in MMC's EMR system.

You will collaborate with the project safety team, participate in site activities, conduct new-hire orientations, and support workers' compensation and risk management processes while ensuring compliance with

Qualifications

Three years RN experience in ER/ICU or occupational medicine.
Current RN license in state of practice or eligible via reciprocity within 30 days.
Current CPR, BLS and ACLS certifications.
OSHA-10 Training within 90 days of employment ( MMC provided).
Strong clinical assessment, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Provide onsite triage, assessment, treatment, and management of workplace injuries and illnesses.
Maintain accurate patient records in the EMR system.
Support workers' compensation and risk management processes.
Collaborate with project safety team and participate in site activities.
Conduct new-hire procedures, orientations, and drug testing.
Provide onsite occupational health services as required.
Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and MMC protocols.
Build relationships with employees, clients, and MMC leadership.
Maintain a clean, stocked onsite medical clinic.
Participate in weekly staff meetings to review cases and needs.
