Job summary

Mobile Medical Corporation is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join the onsite medical team at a large construction project in Johnstown, Ohio. You will deliver occupational healthcare, manage injuries, and collaborate with the project safety team to maintain a safe work environment.

The role requires 3+ years RN experience in ER/ICU or occupational medicine, current RN license, CPR/BLS/ACLS, and OSHA-30 training.

Qualifications

RN license required in state of practice (or reciprocity within 30 days).
3+ years RN experience in ER/ICU or occupational medicine setting.
Current CPR/BLS/ACLS certifications.
OSHA-30 Training within 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

Provide onsite triage, assessment, treatment, and management of injuries and illnesses per MMC protocols.
Maintain patient records in EMR system.
Support workers’ compensation and risk management processes.
Collaborate with project safety team and participate in site activities.
Conduct new-hire procedures including orientation and testing.
Deliver occupational health services as required.
Maintain clinic compliance with OSHA regulations and MMC policies.
Build relationships with employees, client reps, and MMC leadership.
Maintain a clean, stocked onsite medical clinic.
Participate in weekly onsite staff meetings.
Deliver professional customer service and promote workforce health and safety.
Coordinate with leadership to ensure high-quality onsite medical services.
