Memorial Hospital Belleville in Belleville, IL is seeking a Registered Nurse for a care management focused role. The position is onsite with PRN schedule, primarily Monday–Friday day shifts, and includes some weekend commitment.

You will coordinate patient care, participate in discharge planning, and ensure appropriate use of resources in collaboration with physicians and staff. Requirements include an RN license, a nursing diploma or associate degree, and BSN as preferred.

Qualifications

• Nursing diploma or associate degree (RN track).

Responsibilities
