Honeywell Aerospace in Clearwater, FL is seeking a Cyber Security Architect/Engineer II (Finance) to maintain security posture and RMF artifacts for sensitive systems onsite at secure facilities. The role requires Top Secret clearance and DoD-compliant certifications, with a focus on safeguarding classified information.

The position emphasizes collaboration with ISSM/ISSO teams, incident response, and ensuring compliance with NIST SP 800-53 and related directives, while supporting change control

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in a technical discipline.
• 4+ years of ISSO experience.
• Experience with developing, reviewing, and maintaining RMF artifacts.
• Experience with classified information system auditing and investigations.
• Security Clearance: Top Secret
• DoD 8140 IAT Level 2 minimum compliant certification
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and sit/stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Security Posture of assigned systems: monitor compliance and document changes.
• Establish and maintain baseline configurations for hardware, software, and network components.
• Be the focal for change control process on assigned ATOs.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls, ensuring policy compliance.
• Create and deliver training or documentation to enhance end-user security.
• Partner with ISSM/ISSO to integrate security into RMF processes and support ATO efforts.
• Report and respond to security incidents in coordination with the security team.
• Ensure activities adhere to DAAPM, NIST SP 800-53 and DoD directives.
• Protect confidentiality, integrity, and availability of data.
