Job summary

ISPA Technology in Panama City Beach, FL seeks an experienced Cybersecurity Engineer to implement and maintain secure systems in line with federal and DoD cybersecurity standards. The role centers on RMF, compliance, and information assurance processes.

You will develop RMF packages, conduct risk analyses, perform vulnerability scans, and support ATO efforts to meet stringent government requirements.

Qualifications

• Expert RMF and DoD STIGs knowledge with hands-on RMF package development.
• Experience conducting security assessments and achieving ATO.
• Proficient in using Nessus, Wireshark, SCC and SIEM tools for risk mitigation.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain cybersecurity policies aligned with NIST RMF and DoD standards.
• Lead RMF package creation and management to support system authorization.
• Conduct security assessments, vulnerability scans, and risk analyses.
• Support Authority to Operate (ATO) processes and continuous monitoring.
• Apply DoD STIGs and other directives to ensure compliance.
• Utilize Nessus, Wireshark, SCC, and SIEM to identify and mitigate risks.
• Collaborate with engineering and IT to ensure secure design and implementation.
• Maintain documentation and support audits and inspections.
