Job summary

NeueHealth seeks a Risk Adjustment Analyst to lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of risk adjustment and quality data and dashboards for ACA, Medicare, ACO REACH, MSSP, and Medicaid across the NeueHealth portfolio. This onsite role in Doral, FL collaborates with Analytics, Risk Adjustment, Medical Economics, and Clinical Operations.

The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree, 5+ years of SQL development, 3+ years in healthcare data analytics, and 2+ years of Power BI experience;

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Five or more years of hands-on SQL code development is required, including expertise with programming languages like Scala or Python.
• Three or more years of experience working with claims/utilization healthcare data as it pertains to Risk Adjustment and Quality.
• Three or more years of analytics experience (Required).
• Two or more years of Power BI experience (Required).
• Experience with Databricks (Preferred).
• Familiarity with CMS-HCC and HHS-HCC risk Adjustment Models; familiarity with HEDIS and MSSP Quality Reporting.

Responsibilities

• Proactively collaborate with stakeholders to understand analytics needs and deliver insights.
• Mine data using SQL and derive meaningful insights to improve operations.
• Own data presentation and ensure data integrity.
• Analyze data and present actionable findings to stakeholders.
• Provide data reports and visualizations for executive reporting through Power BI and Excel.
• Create repeatable, scalable data processes.
• Conduct quarterly reconciliations and prepare supplemental data submissions.
