Entegee in Milford, UT is seeking an onsite RF Wireless Network Systems Engineer with an active SECRET DoD clearance. You will lead RF architecture development, perform circuit card and subsystem design, and mentor engineers across disciplines while interfacing with leadership to drive program execution.

The role requires deep RF/microwave theory knowledge, SATCOM/EW experience, and hands-on lab work. Collaboration with systems, mechanical, and software teams is essential for successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• 4-6+ years of RF/Wireless Network Systems design & engineering experience.
• Experience designing RF products from UHF through E-band, including synthesizers, up/down converters, front-end electronics, antennas, and complete RF systems.
• Proficiency with Cadence AWR/Microwave Office, PathWave RF Synthesis (Genesys), and Siemens EDA (Mentor Graphics) or similar tools.
• Experience with ADS and/or AWR Microwave Office is required.
• Strong knowledge of RF fundamentals: S-parameters, matching networks, gain budgets, noise figure, linearity, filtering, and RF metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of RF architectures and hardware designs for communication systems.
• Translate requirements into circuit card, module, and subsystem solutions.
• Support design reviews and multi-disciplinary collaboration across systems, mechanical, and software teams.
• Perform RF/analog design, modeling, simulation, integration, and verification at component to system levels.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance through design reviews and mentorship.
• Prepare and present technical results to engineering, program, and leadership teams.
