Job summary

Cardinal Health, Inc. is seeking an on-site Revenue Cycle Support specialist in Twinsburg, OH to manage mail, claims, and administrative tasks within the billing cycle.

You will index documents, update patient and marketing data, and support secondary claim processing to ensure accurate billing. Qualified candidates typically have a HS diploma and 0-2 years of experience; Excel and Outlook experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience, preferred
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent work experience, preferred
• Excel and Outlook experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Open, sort and distribute inbound mail
• Open and sort inbound business replies
• Index documents into document storage system (Onbase)
• Update Marketing Consent status in the system (RGH)
• Bill secondary claims from Quadax
• Update addresses from returned HCFA claims mail
• Add missing information (codes etc.) on HCFA claims and mail
• Process Customer and Health Reimbursement Account (HRA) credit card payments
• Work database tickets out of Access
• Distribute Misc. Billing Faxes from workflow queue in Onbase
• Mail Patient Consent (PA) projects as needed
• Other administrative duties as determined by business need
