Job summary

Majors Management-Maritime Farms is seeking a Sales Associate to provide exceptional customer service, operate cash registers, and maintain a clean store environment. You will assist customers, restock merchandise, and ensure accurate pricing and displays.

The role requires friendly communication, ability to work in a fast-paced retail setting, and may include part-time or full-time hours with on-site work. Training incentives are eligible based on performance.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Retail experience is preferred.
• English literacy and basic math are expected.

Responsibilities

• Meet company customer service standards.
• Follow company cash control policies and procedures.
• Adhere to all laws and regulations regarding the sale of government regulated products and services.
• Detail cleaning of store interior and exterior.
• Stock and rotate products including coolers/freezers.
• Complete training activities and meet minimum job performance standards.
• Follow the company’s rules of conduct and code of ethics.
• Other duties as assigned.
